Trust standards
Credibility needs controls, not declarations.
These standards govern launch-stage publishing and explain what is active, what remains under approval and what NetSifr Foundation will not claim.
Editorial method
The Foundation publishes to help a defined audience understand or make a decision. Each substantive resource records its publication and review dates, audience, geography, topics, source materials, language, sponsorship, relevant client relationships, conflicts and corrections.
Regulatory and technical claims are checked against authoritative materials. The original source remains controlling. Interpretation and practical suggestions are presented as NetSifr Foundation analysis, not as regulator, standard-setter or sponsor views. High-consequence regulatory pieces carry visible limitations and note where independent qualified review is still pending.
Responsible use of AI
Our public knowledge is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a NetSifr Foundation editor who is accountable for the published text. AI tools support research organisation, drafting, editing and translation. They do not approve content, and they are not presented as experts, reviewers or official translators.
Every reader-facing draft passes a human editorial check before publication. Factual and regulatory claims require direct-source checking. High-consequence climate, emissions, reporting, legal, engineering, assurance and carbon content requires proportionate specialist review before it is relied upon for a mandate. We do not claim that content is human-written, undetectable or guaranteed any AI-detection result.
Corrections and review
Material errors are corrected promptly, with a note describing what changed and when. Minor typographic corrections may be made without a public note. Time-sensitive resources carry a next-review date; superseded content is labelled, updated or archived without erasing its history.
The public correction route is not yet open, because the approved contact and data-handling process is still in preparation. This standard will be updated when that route is active.
Independence, conflicts and funding
The Foundation's analysis is independent. Sponsors, donors and clients of the commercial arm cannot direct editorial conclusions or suppress material findings. Relevant relationships are disclosed, and a person with a material conflict does not approve affected coverage.
NetSifr operates as two arms under one identity. Net-Sifr (Private) Limited provides paid advisory and implementation; a share of its surplus funds the Foundation. Funding flows in one direction only. This public knowledge is not a sales channel for the advisory arm, and clients are not promised favourable coverage or undisclosed case material.
Privacy and data-collection launch status
No newsletter, event or public enquiry form is active. This website does not ask for, store or transmit visitor email addresses.
Subscriptions and public forms remain disabled until all of the following are approved and published:
- a clear privacy notice identifying the responsible entity and purposes;
- specific, freely given consent language where consent is the appropriate basis;
- documented retention, deletion, access and correction rules;
- an approved service provider, hosting location and data-processing terms;
- access controls, incident handling and accountable internal ownership; and
- a tested unsubscribe or withdrawal route.
No tracking pixels, advertising cookies, user accounts or behavioural profiling are part of the launch site.
Professional limits
NetSifr Foundation provides public education and research translation. It does not provide regulated investment advice, legal advice, ESG ratings, external assurance, certification, carbon-credit verification or brokerage.
Where a mandate needs legally protected, licensed or specialist work, it is handled by Net-Sifr (Private) Limited or by qualified associates, with the responsible professional and the limits of the role identified in writing.
