Open resourceOur editorial compact
Trust comes from traceable evidence, visible limitations, careful review and the willingness to correct the record.
Substantive regulatory and technical claims point to authoritative materials.
Requirements, interpretation and recommendations are separated so readers can judge each one.
AI assists the drafting; a named Foundation editor remains accountable for what is published.
Our analysis is not for sale. The knowledge here is not a sales channel for the advisory arm.
One identity, two arms
The Foundation publishes independent knowledge. When an institution needs that knowledge tailored, delivered and assured, that work is done by the commercial arm, at arm's length and with disclosure.
Advisory, training and implementation for banks, companies, exporters and public institutions are provided by Net-Sifr (Private) Limited at net-sifr.com. Its surplus helps fund the Foundation's independent work. The Foundation does not exist to generate its clients.
